REFUNDS
PRINTS ONLY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund, minus a 5% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition to the Willa Black Prints studio in Auckland, New Zealand (address supplied on request) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FRAMED PRINTS
As all framed prints are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, unless an item is damaged in transit or the quality does not reflect what is described on our website.
PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY
We collect information for the purposes of fulfilling your order and processing your payment. This information includes your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address. We do not share this information and will not make your details available to any third parties. If you provide us with your credit card details they will remain private and confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail or by email. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list, you need only ask.
