Where are you based?
We are based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, New Zealand.
Can I collect my order?
No, we are online only. Every print is made to order and shipped directly to you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within New Zealand, and all Australian orders are printed and shipped locally within Australia. We also ship worldwide.* See our shipping details or get in touch for international shipping costs.

What is your background?
We're a New Zealand-based art print studio, and our artists work across a wide range of styles and themes - from Māori-inspired design to NZ landscapes and contemporary art. Read more in Our Story.
Is your Māori art done by Māori artists?
Yes. Every piece of Māori-inspired artwork in our collection is created by an artist with Māori heritage. To respect our artists' privacy, we don't share individual names - you can read more about why in Our Story.
Where can I see your artworks?
We don't have a display studio. We can provide a close-up snapshot of a portion of a print on request, or you can order a small printed sample to see the colour and finish in person before committing to a full order.
How long will my order take?
Print-only orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Framed orders are generally dispatched within 5-10 business days, which may extend during busy periods. If you need an order urgently, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
I want to make a large order - is that possible?
Yes. For larger orders, we're happy to arrange a meeting - please contact us during business hours on 09 242 4349, or email info@willablack.com.
Can I see how a print will look in my home before ordering?
Yes. Use our Upload a Room tool to see a print digitally placed in your own space, or order a sample print to check colour and finish in person.
